The Dispersion Layer

The Dispersion Layer is a sticky patina that is created on the surface of the nail after exposure of the Gel under UV lamp during its catalysis.

This residual gel is eliminated quickly and easily,by "degreasing" the surface of the nail with the aid of a square of cotton (better if pressed, to avoid leaving on the nail debris or lint) soaked with Nail Cleaner.
