The Preparation File is a particular File used by Nail technicians during the preparation phase of the natural nail plate in the procedures of Nail Extension and Gel Polish Application.
Also commonly called Prepstone, the Preparation File of pumice stone has a shape and a grit studied in order to roughen and opacify the surface of the nail (thus favouring the adhesion of the Gel and Gel Polish to the nail itself) and, at the same time, be able to work towards the root cuticles, gently and safely.
