The French or French Manicure, is a technique for Nail Decoration: based on precise proportions, consists in the colouring of the free edge of the nail (approximately 1/5 of the whole surface of the nail).
The traditional French foresees the use of Traditional Polishes, Colour Gel and White Gel Polish (from those more or less opaque and chalky white to a soft white, depending on the desired result), but for the more modern and original Nail Art coloured nail products and even glitter are used.
